Ball-Nogues Take the Reigns at P.S.1

Following up on a story we reported on last month, we find that Dezeen has the whole scoop on the winner of P.S.1’s Young Architects Program competition, wherein the top dog gets to design their summer courtyard. Said top dogs this time around were the LA-based Ball-Nogues, who put together something that looks a bit like cellophane meets flowers meets those plastic rings that hold six packs together (but in a really, really good way).
