Are Sub Genres Digital Publishing's Secret Weapon?

In a piece about what kinds of the kind of books that sell well digitally, The Guardian UK points out an emerging trend in eBooks, the rise of the sub genre.

Pointing to the publisher Mills & Boon, a UK-based publisher that puts out more than 100 books a month, the piece highlights how genres that cross pollinate are selling well as eBooks.

The Guardian UK has more: “While 6%-12% of the UK book market is digital, depending on whom you speak to, Mills & Boon publish in excess of 100 digital titles every month, and only 55 physical ones.
