Get out the Red Bull. You’re going to need it. That, or a frying pan over the head. Hard.
WJLA has named Joe DeFeo the new News Director for News Channel 8. But the real tragedy here is that the press release announcing this presumably exciting news is, at best, blah. “DeFeo’s extensive knowledge of the DC market made him an ideal candidate to lead news operations for Allbritton Communication’s hyper-local cable station,” the release states.
