A Czech company has a new electronic paper slate in the works called Noteslate. The tablet has a monochrome eInk screen and is designed for writing, drawing and sketching using a stylus.
The NoteSlate has a 13” screen with a 1080×750 pixel resolution, and weighs a little more than half a pound. You have your choice of shell color, as well as screen and text color, so you can choose a traditional gray screen with black text or a black screen with red or blue text. It also has a USB input, an SD card slot and a headphone jack.
ITProPortal has more: “The display technology is likely to be provided by Kent Displays, a US-based LCD provider which has already signed a number of OEM deals for writable super thin e-ink solutions.”
