According to new research from Change Wave Research, 82% of new iPad owners said that they were very satisfied with the new iPad. Sixteen percent said that they were somewhat satisfied. Only 2% are somewhat unsatisfied and no one that was surveyed said that they were very unsatisfied.
According to the survey, which includes responses from 200 new iPad owners, 75% of respondents said that the new high res retina display is what they like best about the new device. Long battery life, 4G LTE capability and the faster processor are also features that new owners like about the new device.
When asked what they didn’t like, 26% of survey respondents said that they didn’t like the cost of the device and 23% said that they didn’t like the cost of the wireless data plan. Only 8% of respondents said that they didn’t like the new iPad’s size and weights and storage capability. Other things that users didn’t like about the new tablets include: Integration with other devices (7%), excessive heat coming from the device (7%) and battery life (6%).
