PORTLAND, ORE. – Wieden & Kennedy is believed to have hired Steve Dunn, former art director and partner with Tim Delaney in hot London ad agency Leagas Delaney.
Dunn left Leagas Delaney in March after 11 years at the shop. At the time, he said he quit Leagas, where he had risen to the post of deputy creative director, to explore his options.
Leagas Delaney had become a major force in the world’s top creative competitions under Delaney and Dunn. The agency had captured a silver from the Designers and Art Director’s Award Show for five consecutive years, as well as other major awards in London and in New York’s One Show. The agency’s clients include Adidas in Europe.
Dunn was traveling in Asia and could not be reached; W&K executives were at a Nike retreat and could not be reached.
