Independent Cramer-Krasselt has promoted Karen Seamen to chief operating officer, a new position.
With the promotion, Seamen, 53, assumes day-to-day responsibility for C-K’s offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, New York and Phoenix.
Seaman has been with C-K for 21 year. Most recently she was general manager of the shop’s Chicago HQ, a role to which was promoted four years ago. She will retain those duties while taking on the agency-wide COO responsibilities.
Seaman has been instrumental in the shop’s 50 percent growth over the last five years.
