CHICAGO Five agencies will make presentations in two weeks for the creative portion of Midas’ $40 million account, sources said.

Competing are Omnicom’s DDB and WPP Group’s Young & Rubicam, both in Chicago; Interpublic Group’s Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis and Chicago; independent Doner in Southfield, Mich., and Moroch Leo Burnett USA in Dallas, sources said. Publicis Gorupe’s Leo Burnett has a minority stake in Moroch but is not involved in the review.

The Kaplan Thaler Group in New York was also involved the review, but dropped out last week, citing workload.
