Stephen Graddick has joined Fox owned station WTTG as a morning co-anchor.
Starting in November, Graddick will co-anchor Fox 5 Morning News from 4 to 5 a.m. with Holly Morris and 5 to 6 a.m. with Marissa Mitchell. Graddick will then report for the 6 to 9 a.m. hours of the morning show, and co-anchor with the Good Day DC team of Jeannette Reyes, Steve Chenevey, Marissa Mitchell and Holly Morris weekdays from 9 to 11 a.m.
“Stephen is going to fit right in with our talented morning team and our DMV viewers are going to love his energy and quick wit,” said vice president and news director Paul McGonagle.
Graddick last worked as an anchor and national correspondent for Scripps News in Atlanta. Before that, he spent time as a Media Production Coordinator for the Food Network as well as associate producer and talent coordinator for HBO. He’s also worked as a producer for Discovery Channel. Earlier in his career, he held various roles from a senior investigator navigating legal and financial complexities, to a marketing and communications strategist focused on Social Impact Communications, as well as a spokesperson for leading organizations in sustainability and diversity.
“Joining the legendary FOX 5 DC team is a moment I used to only dream about, and now it is real,” said Graddick. “I can’t wait to bring my personality and unwavering passion to this incredible journey as the trusted source to bring DMV viewers the stories that truly matter to us all.”
