Mandy Noell has joined San Antonio NBC affiliate WOAI.
Noell will anchor alongside Jonathan Martinez at 5, 6 and 10 p.m.
“Sometimes you visit a place and it just feels *right in your gut. When I met the team here and explored the city, that’s how I felt,” she wrote on social media. “I’ve already fallen in love with the architecture, the culture, THE FOOD (iykyk). Everyone has a story to tell, and I’m excited to get started. I’ll officially start on the desk this Sunday following Sunday Night Football. See you then!”
Before joining WOAI, Noell helped launch Fox 56 in Lexington, Ky., and anchored the station’s morning show. She’s also worked at KARK and Fox 16 News in Little Rock, Ark. as a morning anchor and reporter and at WKBN in Youngstown, Ohio.
