Karen Fuller to Join Little Rock’s CBS Station as Morning Anchor

By Kevin Eck

Longtime Little Rock anchor Karen Fuller is joining Tegna owned CBS affiliate KTHV as a morning anchor.

Fuller worked at KGAN-KFXA in Cedar Rapids, Iowa until 2021. She was reporter and anchor for Little Rock ABC affiliate KATV between 1993 and 2003. Her Linkedin page lists her most recent job as freelance anchor and temporary parental caregiver.

Fuller will work alongside anchor Hayden Balgavy and meteorologist Skot Covert.

“The Wake Up Central team is a solid one and I hope you’ll tune in to see just what I mean,” said Fuller.

“Karen fits right in with the Wake Up Central team,” said news director Shayla Teater. “Her experience and credibility are not to be missed—and neither is the momentum that’s building at THV11.”

The station said her first day will be in early May.
