A “culture-focused people management professional,” according to her Mogul profile, Nichole was recognized for using “her experience as a DEI advisor, inclusive workplace specialist and Certified Diversity Executive to develop strategic inclusion interventions for the agency that focus on creating a sustainable, inclusive workplace culture.”

Nichole joined Mars in November 2020 to lead the implementation of our strategic plan for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which was developed by an internal committee and launched in early 2021. Since then, she has been refining the strategic plan and guiding the initiatives, activities, and events that are bringing it to life.
