Mike Parsons, the managing director of twofifteenmccann, has left the agency to become chief operations officer at The Factory, an incubator start-up in San Francisco. A search is underway to find a replacement for him at the McCann Worldgroup shop, sources said.

Mike Harris, chief strategy officer at twofifteenmccann, today assumes the new role of president of DDB West, which encompasses offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He’ll be based in San Francisco and work closely with DDB West CEO Mary Moudry.
