Litton Entertainment’s upcoming Street Court has been announced as a firm “go” for fall 2009, with clearances to date in approximately 65 percent of the country.

New confirmations include the Tribune stations in Philadelphia, San Diego and Grand Rapids, Mich.; the Sinclair stations in Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Ala. and Las Vegas; Local TV in Cleveland and Milwaukee; and Capitol in Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C.

With four current court strips not expected back next season — Sony Pictures Television’s Judge David Young, Judge Karen and Judge Hatchett (which currently airs in repeats) and Family Court with Judge Penny from Program Partners — there is plenty of more room to add to the list.
