Turning to another high-profile celebrity, CBS Radio has hired Nick Cannon to host morning drive (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) on WXRK-FM in New York. Cannon, currently host of NBC’s America’s Got Talent, will take the mic beginning Jan. 19.
Not afraid to pay for talent, CBS Radio recently announced it was adding Carson Daly to mornings at its newest Los Angeles station, KAMP-FM, “AMP Radio.”
