The network is partnering with The Shield creator Shawn Ryan and author/screenwriter Richard Murphy, whose upcoming novel Confessions of a Contractor is the basis for the one-hour project.
Produced by 20th Century Fox TV, the drama follows a Los Angeles-based housing contractor who, in the book, falls for two of his wealthy female clients.
