Tim Cawley joined IPG’s Mullen last week as svp, group creative director, a new post, the shop said. Cawley had been a cd at WPP’s Y&R in Chicago, where he worked on Miller Lite’s “Epidemic” campaign. At Mullen in Wenham, Mass., he will partner with svp, gcd Michael Ancevic, overseeing work for clients such as XM Satellite Radio and Eddie Bauer. Cawley reports to Mullen chief creative officer Edward Boches. Prior to Y&R, Cawley worked at IPG’s Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis.
