Wray Ward Laseter has recruited Ron Randle as vice president and creative director.

Randle, formerly chief creative officer at crosstown rival PriceMc-Nabb in Charlotte, N.C., will report to WWL president and chief creative officer Jennifer Appleby.

Randle will assume day-to-day responsibilities for the shop’s creative and production teams.

“Ron’s joining is a natural evolution of our strategy to become a major brand-building agency in the Southeast,” said Appleby.

Randle’s résumé includes stints at The Richards Group in Dallas and Chicago’s Hal Riney & Partners, Cramer-Krasselt and Leo Burnett.
