Wilde Absorbs Staff, Clients From CPS Direct

BOSTON Direct marketing agency W.A. Wilde has added several staff members and clients from defunct agency CPS Direct.

There was no money exchanged between the two shops; terms of the deal were not disclosed. Woburn, Mass.-based CPS closed its doors as 2003 came to a close.

“Wilde is moving forward aggressively, and these moves reflect our expected growth and the development of more comprehensive, strategy-based solutions for our clients,” said chief executive Tom Wilde. “Now we’re looking to our expanded integrated unit to complete that circle.”
