NEW YORK–Just a month after releasing an RFP seeking a media buyer to partner with, WestWayne, the Southeast’s largest independent agency, has narrowed its search to two finalists: Carat and Horizon Media, sources said.
Carat has a sizable office in Atlanta, where WestWayne is based, and Horizon recently opened an office in the Southeast.
WestWayne claims billings of more than $360 million and national media buying for such clients as Denny’s (which spent $60 million on media in 2000), Celebrity Cruise Lines ($23 million) and Florida’s Natural ($13 million).
