Waggener Edstrom Strategic Communications has installed Matt McGinnis as an account supervisor on its AMD and Vignette Corp. accounts. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas, shop, McGinnis was a director at Armstrong Kendall in Portland, Ore. WESC has also hired Amy Drozd and Trish Boyd as account executive and office manager, respectively. Drozd joins the shop from Advanced Micro Devices, while Boyd worked at SBC-Prodigy Communications, where she was an executive assistant.
