LOS ANGELES Sedgwick Rd. has withdrawn from the review for the Washington Lottery’s marketing account, sources said.

The Interpublic Group shop in Seattle was one of five agencies that responded to the lottery’s request for information last week. Another shop, Omnicom’s DDB in Seattle, dropped out of the review earlier this week.

Representatives for both shops have declined comment. The lottery said it was unaware that Sedgwick Rd. has decided not to participate.

According to sources, several shops have been deterred by the lottery’s staffing requirements.
