To boost awareness of a nearly 70-year-old stress-relief formula, Warner Communications last week kicked off a TV branding campaign for Rescue Remedy.

The product, from Nelson Bach USA, Wilmington, Mass., uses “flower essence” and purports to provide relief from everyday stress.

“The goal is to make the product more mainstream,” said Carin Warner, president of Warner Communications, Manchester, Mass.

A 30-second TV spot, a first for both agency and client, is being tested in the Boston market and will roll out next year in other key markets, including Los Angeles, San Diego and Denver.
