BOSTON W.A. Wilde said it has launched Wilde Direct, which will be run as an independent agency unit inside the larger direct response and fulfillment company.
Wilde has tapped Tammy Casserly to serve as president of 25-person Wilde Direct. Her management team will be comprised of Sally Moren, director of strategy and creative planning, and Bruce Wagoner will be managing director.
Casserly has been with Wilde for 13 years, most recently as vice president of sales.
"As our market presence and success have increased over the years, we have realized the benefit of adding a DM agency to complete our service offering," said Tom Wilde, company CEO, in a statement. "With Wilde Direct, we'll now be able to offer present and future clients the types of creative services they need, from media planning to ... creative to cutting-edge strategy."
Some initial clients of Wilde Direct are Bombardier SkyJet, CFS Affinity Services, Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which are also accounts of the 425-person parent company.
