Tocquigny has appointed Sara Breuer business development director. At the Austin, Texas, shop, Breuer will direct new business initiatives, as well as all marketing and public relations efforts. Prior to joining the agency, she was vice president of business development at GX Creative Communications. Tocquigny has also installed Carter Pagel as a copywriter on the Dell account. He was previously a copywriter and marketing manager at SBC Communications. Jessica Staha and Jessica Dierks have joined the shop as account managers.
