NEW YORK — “Shift” is the new theme of TBWA\Chiat\Day’s most integrated marketing effort for Nissan to date. The campaign, which breaks Sept. 4, begins with nine TV spots, including four to launch the new 350Z sports car.

The Z spots feature black-and-white still images of the car and simple screen copy, such as “Words fail.” Four other spots trumpet the new shift theme through a combination of historical and personal moments.

In one spot, a baby takes his first steps as screen copy suggests, “Shift achievement.”
