CHICAGO – Tatham Euro RSCG appointed Linda Garrison to the position of client services director, a role previously performed by Tatham chief operating officer Bob Hielscher. Garrison was named a senior partner at the agency in 1985. Hielscher will continue to concentrate on his other duties.
