BOSTON Staples has launched a holiday campaign, its first effort via Interpublic Group’s McCann Erickson, which won the office supply chain’s account in July.

The work from the New York agency includes TV and radio executions that primarily promote the company’s selection of digital imaging merchandise as gifts.

One 30-second TV spot features a family decorating their Christmas tree. Grandma gathers the others around and snaps a photo, using a stapler like a camera. “Come on, take the hint,” she says.
