Sears Roebuck and Co. has secured one of the most visible billboards in Chicago, seen by thousands of Chicago Cubs fans and TV viewers every time a home run sails over the right field wall at Wrigley Field.

The Hoffman Estates, Ill., retailer signed a one-year lease for the billboard with the Ozag family, which owns the building behind the ballpark. The billboard sits on top of the building.

For some 15 years, its been known as the Torco sign, advertising a local car dealership.
