Antares Information Technologies, a marketing and communications firm in Hauppauge, N.Y., has hired Robert M. Schildkraut as chief financial officer. Schildkraut has more than 20 years of financial management and operations experience at small- and middle-market private and public companies. Prior to joining Antares, Schildkraut was vice president of operations at IntraSource/PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, Ore., and Virtual Growth in New York and South Carolina. For both firms, he was responsible for designing and managing finance and accounting outsourcing services for small and midsize companies.
