The partnership between John Stein and Pat Robertson has attracted two more clients, adding $2 million in billings to its growing account roster.
Quest Consulting, a consultation and training organization for businesses undergoing restructuring and management changes, tapped BullsEye Communications, Robertson’s strategic planning and public relations firm, and Band of Gypsies, Stein’s creative boutique, based on Robertson’s work for Santa Monica Bank.
“We’ve admired the Santa Monica Bank work for years,” said Quest president Eric Herzog. “We loved the humor and creativity, as well as the professionalism [of the ads].”
Robertson and Stein are currently in production on direct mail pieces and print ads
for the Pacific Palisades, Calif.-based client. Quest had previously worked with other small shops on a project basis.
Robertson and Stein, who have opened an office together in Venice, Calif., have also been called on to create a print campaign for national wholesale lender Clearview Capital Corp. The Huntington Beach, Calif.-based client selected the team based on references from other clients, according to creative principal Stein.
Separately, Band of Gypsies in Pacific Palisades has picked up projects for Mexican restaurant chain La Salsa and MET-Rx supplements.
Robertson and Stein originally teamed up to handle the $1-2 million Santa Monica Bank business late last year. Robertson had brought the account with her after resigning as vice president, management supervisor, at Hajjar and Partners (now JSM+ Communications) in Marina del Rey, Calif.
The two say they are actively pursuing other new business prospects.
