Broderbund Software, a leading maker of personal productivity software, has awarded advertising duties for its brand known as The Print Shop to RD/Fox of San Francisco. Billings are estimated at $3 million.
The small shop won the account without a formal review. The incumbent was Saatchi & Saatchi of San Francisco, which is Broderbund’s agency of record.
RD/Fox has worked with the Novato, Calif.-based company in the past, creating promotional advertising for its gaming division, Red Orb Entertainment, which produces the CD-ROM games Myst and Riven.
