NEW YORK Six months after Lowe’s merger with Interpublic Group sister shop Bozell, Rob Quish, the onetime president of Lowe’s New York office, is leaving to start a network devoted to luxury marketing.

Quish, 42, will be chief executive of the Luxury Television Network, which plans to market high-end goods through infomercials and branded entertainment programming. The venture, a partnership between Transactional Marketing Partners in Santa Monica, Calif., and Foglight Entertainment in New York, will launch with a series of holiday specials in December, according to a statement released by Quish.
