PRR, a Seattle-based social marketing and communications firm, has hired Jaime Smith, Robin Hoff and Todd Merkens as project coordinators. Previously, Smith was a legislative assistant for the Washington State House of Representatives. Hoff formerly consulted for the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation, was a member of a University of Washington steering committee, and helped design and implement a study of a comprehensive land use plan for the city of Sumner. Merkens formerly served as an analyst and consultant with Energy Market Innovations.
