PreVision Marketing is searching for its first executive creative director to oversee its burgeoning workload.
The direct marketing agency, which currently employs some 130 staffers, has doubled in size in the past year and added assignments from StopandShop.com, Monster.com and, most recently, eLumient.
Leaving the agency, however, is senior creative director Joanne Franklin. Since joining the Lincoln, Mass., shop in a full-time capacity in 1996, Franklin has hired most of the 30 staff members in the creative department and helped the agency transition into the interactive arena.
