Penczak at Stan and Lou

Stan and Lou Advertising has installed Bill Penczak as chief operating officer. Penczak joins the Houston shop after working as director of client services at Henry Gill Advertising in Denver. Prior to that, he was director of marketing for USMarine, a division of Brunswick Corp. Penczak also spent 13 years in senior management at Fogarty Klein Monroe in Houston.
