DALLAS The American Advertising Federation San Antonio has named Tim Patrick its 2004 president, the association said.

Patrick, who replaces immediate past president Jim Dalglish, was elected to the post at the organization's annual membership meeting in May. Patrick's term will run from July 1 through June 20.

In his new role, Patrick will oversee all AAF San Antonio operations, develop relationships in the community to increase awareness of the organization and mentor future leaders, the association said.

"I would like the AAF San Antonio to become a resource for all advertising, marketing and communications professionals, as well as students who are pursuing degrees in these areas," Patrick said.

Patrick, who has been a member of AAF San Antonio for 11 years, has held past positions as board member, executive director, treasurer, Addy chairman and vice president. He currently works for Time Warner Advertising Sales in San Antonio as an account executive.
