BOSTON Partners + Simons has made another senior creative hire, adding former Arnold staffer Bruce Patteson as a creative director at the independent shop.

Patteson, a copywriter, most recently had been a creative director with Havas’ Arnold here, where he helped guide the McDonald’s regional co-op business. He also has held posts at Emerson Lane Fortuna (a shop Arnold absorbed a decade ago) and Kenyon & Eckhardt.

One month ago, the Boston-based agency hired another local agency veteran, copywriter Rich Herstek, as a creative director [Adweek, March 15].
