Creative director Bruce Mansfield has left Barker Campbell Farley Mansfield to pursue a freelance career.
Walter Taylor moves up to creative director at the Virginia Beach, Va., agency.
Mansfield, who spent six years at BCFM and 16 years at Lawler Ballard in Norfolk, Va., said he was frustrated by the bureaucratic entanglements of the job.
“Imagine being a creative director for 20 years and all the staffing, budgeting and other issues that come with it,” said Mansfield.
