Paradigm Communications Group has hired Carolynn Estes as an account executive for Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air and Midwest Airlines magazines. Before coming to the Seattle company, Estes, 26, worked at The Everett Business Journal. She will now report directly to advertising director Ken Krass.
