Shop Promoting Technicolor Documentary
SAN FRANCISCO–Odiorne Wilde Narraway & Partners was recently hired by Turner Classic Movies to create a print campaign promoting an upcoming documentary on the history of Technicolor that will air this month, said sources.
The agency’s first ad for TCM, which broke late last month in magazines such as Entertainment Weekly, features characters from The Wizard of Oz on the famed yellow brick road and reads, “Somehow, ‘Follow the gray brick road’ wouldn’t have had the same ring to it.”
OWN&P picked up the assignment with help from their new director of account planning, Keith McVaney, who joined from The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va.,
