Ornelas & Partners has appointed Monica Reyes director of public relations. With more than 14 years of strategic communications and public relations experience, Reyes joins the Dallas Hispanic shop from City Year San Antonio, where she was the development manager. O&P has also installed Luke Roberts as account executive. Roberts will work on the National Pork Board, Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, Azteca Television and Verizon Information Services accounts. He previously was an account service intern at SicolaMartin in Austin, Texas.
