FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. Omnicom Group agency Zimmerman Partners said it has been hired by online brokerage TradeStation for a multimedia marketing campaign that will break in the fall.

The ad budget was not disclosed. The client in Plantation, Fla., spent $1 million on ads in 2002, but had no measured spending in 2003 nor during the first half of this year, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR. Competitors in the online brokerage space such as BrownCo and Scottrade have typically spent $10-20 million annually on measured media.
