NEW YORK Ogilvy & Mather is reorganizing its 100-plus creative department personnel into nine distinct groups that will each be led by a pair of group creative directors, the agency said today. The role of executive creative director will be eliminated.
All group creative directors will report to co-creative heads David Apicella and Chris Wall.
“This is a formalization of the way the department has been evolving since we took over,” Apicella said. “So this is not a radical change, just an official change.”
