New Division Pumps Up T-L/DDB Radio

DALLAS - Tracy-Locke/DDB Needham here turned up the volume on radio last week with the formation of a separate creative division dedicated to the oft-neglected medium. T-L/DDB chief creative David Fowler, a champion of radio who's won numerous awards in the medium for clients that include Motel 6, has assigned six writers and two producers to the division - called Radio Monsters - and is in active pursuit of clients in addition to those already on the T-L/DDB roster. The agency would not disclose any potential new clients last week.
