Satellite offices of Interpublic Group agencies Mullen and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos last week appointed creative directors.

Denzil Strickland was named creative director of Mullen/LHC, the new unit formed by the consolidation of Mullen and Long Haymes Carr.

Separately, Rob Bagot, a group creative director at GMO/Hill, Holliday, San Francisco, was promoted to executive vice president and creative director at the shop. Brian O’Neill remains vice chairman and chief creative officer, but Bagot will supervise daily creative work.
