Taylor West Advertising has appointed Jimmy Williams creative director. In his new post at the San Antonio shop, Williams will lead the agency’s creative department and oversee all print and broadcast advertising. He most recently spent eight years at nearby Anderson Marketing Group, where he served as art director. TWA has also added Keela Young and Tracy Lowe as senior account executives. Young previously worked at San Antonio’s The Thompson Agency as a senior account manager.
