NEW YORKEuro RSCG Worldwide in New York appointed Mark Goldstone director of development, Euro RSCG Healthcare, a new position, effective immediately. He will oversee global operations and international business development for the group. In 1999, he moved from Euro RSCG in Britain to Euro RSCG in New York; while in New York, he held senior positions at both Robert A. Becker Euro RSCG and Jordan McGrath Case & Partners Euro RSCG.Marla Itzkin and Scott Marcus joined Margeotes|Fertitta + Partners in New York as account director and account supervisor, respectively. Itzkin worked from 1998-2000 at Young & Rubicam, where she rose to the post of associate partner, while Marcus arrives from DiMassimo Brand Advertising, where he served as the brand supervisor overseeing accounts that included YouDecide.com, Crunch and the Ad Council.Denise Larson joined The Kaplan Thaler Group in New York as director of strategic planning and research, a new position. Larson will help on advertising/marketing plans and programs for KTG's clients with the goal of strategically building long-term relationships between brands and consumers. Prior to arriving at the agency, she was director of strategic planning and research at the Lord Group, where she worked on accounts such as Breyer's Yogurt, Verizon and Lea & Perrins.Rich Eigendorff was promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president, chief operating officer of MTV: Music Television in New York. He most recently served as executive vice president at MTV.Creative Healthcare Solutions in Saratoga Springs promoted Kevin Kriel to senior associate. He has more than 10 years of experience in retail, hospital and long-term-care pharmacy. He also has experience in negotiating market-share contracts with various pharmaceutical manufacturers based on clinical and pharmacoeconomic data, as well as in marketing new and existing product launches.TBS Media Management hired John Fortune as senior vice president, director of marketing and business development. He will be working out of the company's New York office. Fortune most recently served as an executive director at AssetBanker.com.Steve Semons joined New Paradigm Ad vertising, a division of New Paradigm Strategic Communications, as senior vice president. Prior to joining the Harrison agency, he served as vice president for The Turk Group.Media Logic in Albany appointed Linda Mather senior account executive; before joining the shop, she was director of development and communications for the Capital District YMCA. In addition, the agency promoted Silvy Lang to media planner and buyer; she arrived at Media Logic in 1996 as media buyer/promotions coordinator.Corinth Group Communications in New York hired Laura Evans as vice president of healthcare. She was most recently an account supervisor at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. NEW JERSEYLinett & Harrison named Linda Frankel media director. Before joining the Millburn-based agency, she worked as advertising director for Goldwell Mid-Atlantic. PENNSYLVANIAVox Medica, based in Philadelphia, appointed Margaret Cary as a senior vice president and medical director. From 1994-2000, she was regional director, region VIII, for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, with management responsibility for health and social-care services in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Utah. She will be based in Denver, but will work closely with Vox Medica staffers in Philadelphia, as well as in Southport, Conn., San Francisco, Chicago and Iselin, N.J.MARC USA/Pittsburgh hired three new staffers. Elaine Frombach rejoined the agency as vice president/group account director; she returns to the agency after six years at marchFIRST, where she was an associate partner in account management. She previously spent nine years at MARC, during which time she was promoted from senior account executive to vice president/management supervisor. The Pittsburgh-based agency also hired Sheila Bizila and Joseph Pastorik as executive assistants; Bizila joins the shop as executive assistant to Michele Fabrizi, MARC's president and CEO, and Pastorik joins as executive assistant to George Garber, vice president of marketing, and Tony Edwards, senior vice president and executive strategist.Michael Miller was named operations manager for CCP Film in Wayne. He will assume responsibilities for managing, pricing/bidding, billing and overseeing all internal activities of the production company's daily operations and procedures, among other duties. He previously served as an account executive for DMW Worldwide.
