CONNECTICUT Mason & Madison in New Haven has promoted Lynn Luczkowski to group director of public relations and Colleen Lynch to assistant production manager. Erica Donahue has been tapped by O'Neal & Prelle in Hartford as an account coordinator. Erik Olsen has joined Greenfield Consulting Group in Westport as managing director. Eileen Cruz has been hired by Farmington-based Heagney & Ryan as an account executive. MAINE Tom Haley has been tapped by McDonald Communications in Portland as new business director. He will focus on attracting corporate and consumer accounts to the agency. MASSACHUSETTS Ted Gilvar has been promoted to director of brand management at Holland Mark Martin Edmund in Boston. He had been vice president and group brand director. In his new position, he will oversee staffing, management and development of the agency's 20-member brand management team and continue to play a role in new business efforts. Elizabeth Ferrarini has joined startup HighGround Systems in Boxborough as public relations manager. She had run her own public relations consulting company. Pro Media in Needham has announced the following promotions: Paul McGuire to director of sports from senior media buyer; Lisa Dinneen to vice president/network and sports from media supervisor; Marie Lowre to vice president of administration from director of operations; and Julie Lane to vice president and comptroller from assistant comptroller. Susan Schumacher has been advanced from vice president to senior vice president of marketing communications at Lehman Millet in Boston. Schumacher, who joined the shop last year, is principally responsible for promoting the agency and its six business units. Irma S.
