Moon will oversee SRC's public relations activities and manage the Columbus Regional Healthcare System and National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence accounts. Kemp, who comes from The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., will manage team and strategic planning for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel account.
